During each service accredited staff will:- Check sludge accumulation in the primary tank
- Check pump & blower are operating correctly
- Check effluent quality
- Check effluent distribution lines, drippers and spray heads for blockages
- Check correct number of chlorine tablets in dispenser
- Check alarms are operational
- Ensure treatment plant is working to manufacturers specifications
- Check access openings and lids are secure to prevent unauthorised entry
- Check warning signs are clearly visable
- Check land application area is maintained as per council regulations
